How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
My goal is to find a home my buyer's love. I do not want them to buy a home, just to buy a home. This is one of the biggest purchases of a buyer's life and I want them to love it!

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate! I do research on the area before they purchase the home to make sure they are not over paying.

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
To market properties I have the home professionally photographed and videographed. The better the pictures/videos online, the more likely the home will get a showing. I also have a 1-800# that allows 24/7 information anyone can get by simply calling the number.

How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
To get the highest and best price, I educate my sellers about their current competition and homes that have recently sold. By pricing the home right you will get more showings and a higher price then if you over priced the home and had it sit on the market for months. When your property sits, most buyer's ask "Whats wrong with it?".

What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
I have compiled a list of things to do before you place your home on the market, how to prepare your home for an open house, and how to prepare your home for a showing. I send these lists out to my clients when they are considering placing their home on the market. The more prepared a seller is, the smoother the process for everyone!

Lauren, I just wanted to say thanks again for all your help when Jen and I were looking for a house. I just went through all the emails that I got from you and delete a ton of them from my Inbox. We saw so many houses... I just want you to know we appreciate everything you did. Thanks a bunch... we were a major pain in the "you know what".
