John Donaway is EXCELLENT, I would and have referred him all day long!!!
I had the great pleasure to work with John in 2010, John was responsive, attentive and we benefited greatly from him knowledge of the areas we were looking to invent in, expertise in his negotiating skills, and over all willingness to do what even it took to "make it happen". We really appreciated all of his help and due diligence. It was only due to a failure on the other side we did not complete the transaction.
I would definitively work with John again and will when we come back to Florida Real Estate market.
