How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them? I scour the mls, sign them up on Listingbook (in the Triad) or the MLS search (any area) so they see their home matches first
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in? I have excellent negotiating skills and compare list price to comparables sold, current area list prices and days on market as well as check tax records for what current owner paid.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling? My website syndicates to over 50 websites, I send out postcards to neighbors and potential buyers, direct mail, internet and print advertising. My website and presence is saturated in the area.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price? I give my sellers tips and advice regarding showing quality, staging, repairs, etc so that buyers are less likely to lowball offer.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth? I suggest they insist on a pre-approval letter with all offers and also suggest they obtain a home inspection to provide to buyers at listing.
