Very knowledgeable and a great person
My wife and I were from Florida and knew nothing about the area. Frank listened to our desires and turned them into great choices to look at. Very helpful at any time. We moved back to Florida but would use only him again if we move back.

The Best!

An agent you can count on
I had the pleasure of interacting with Frank Hanson while I was a prospective buyer of a home in 2006. I was very picky about what I was looking for, but Frank was a very patient agent on my behalf. We regularly visited 6 or 8 homes a day, with Frank providing me his expert guidance whenever appropriate. Frank was never pushy. Once I decided to make an offer, I just relaxed and let Frank handle the rest, with full confidence that he was acting with my best interests in mind. You can´t go wrong if Frank is your agent!

Very knowledgeable in our needs.
We have used Frank as our Realator to purchase many homes. Rental homes are part of our retirement and Frank helped us realize that goal. He was very pleasant when taking us around to quite a few homes. He did not seem to be bothered when we could not find one. He just kept looking for us until we found a suitable home.

I was introduced to Frank almost 20 years ago when my family relocated from Omaha to Des Moines. He found us a new home within our budget and helped make the sale smooth as silk. Going the extra mile.
Four years ago we were introduced to Frank Hanson. He became our realtor when we purchased our children a home near the college. It was bank owned and the previous owner had removed the stove. Frank helped install a new stove so that we were able to purchase the property ASAP. Frank is such a nice guy, he really made our experience a great one.
