Were were very pleased
We were very pleased with the broker you contacted. Eric quickly called us and we met him to look at a property. He did an amazing amount of homework of comparative analysis so that we were better informed in our decision making. We are awaiting information from our bank before we make further decisions.

Extremely helpful and very familiar with the market in the area.
Eric went out of his way to assist us. He was always available when we came into town and took the necessary time to explain things to us about the various areas. He was very professional and kept us informed and always had recommendations or suggestions for us. We had put down a deposit on a lot but because of a personnal issue we had to cancel the saie. In the future we will keep Eric in mind to assist us when we look in the area.

We are very pleased with Mr. Emond. We don´t know if we can pursue anything at this time until we sell our homes in Charlotte and at the beach, but when we are ready, Eric will be the first person we call. Thank you again.
