I started in Real Estate after a 28 year career with a major airline. Having a lot of time off my side ventures include investment consultant, tax adviser and home remodeling. These all pointed me to real estate after retiring and I never looked back.

Our technology is cutting edge. Absorption rates and market trends dictate the values. Motivation and the x factor of sellers can't be explained, You just have to have the 6th sense to get the best deal for everyone.

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Technology and good old fashion door knocking.

How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
We are realistic from the beginning. We don't take listings that sellers want to over price. It's deceptive and bad business. If we make you feel uncomfortable it because we tell the truth.

Interview agents until you feel you've found a business partner that you can trust.
