I have taken several university courses in psychology and have a BA in English as well as a BFA in Studio Art, so I relate well to people of an artistic bent. However I am mutable and can be comfortable with a truck driver or a renowned surgeon. As far as my number of transactions, every year is different as you know so I gve my lifetime average not counting rentals.
I have never taken much stock in letters behind my name. I am a licensed broker for the past 20 years, served as an office manager for ten years, am currently working as a broker/saleperson.
