We educate our buyers on how to purchase a home and how to keep it! We also make sure the buyer knows what is going on every step of the way. The majority of my business comes from referrals so we don´t want to do ANYTHING to compromise that reputation! We will always follow up!

My company is new, but I´ve been around for awhile. I obtained my Indiana Real Estate License in 1986 where I worked for two major residential real estate companies. I also worked in the apartment industry for 20 years where I managed multi-million dollar properties. I dealt with any thing from marketing, budgets, staff, and collected over $100K in bad debt without the help of legal counsel. Also, during that time I was able to partner with local sports teams such as the Indianapolis Indians, the Indianapolis Ice and multiple Indy Race teams. In 2005 I went to work for a new home builder where I learned a lot about the mechanics of construction and had over $10M in sales over the last two years I was there.

I am the happiest I´ve been in my life owning my own real estate company. I will do everything it takes to help my customers and clients achieve their real estate goals and I always call them back when I tell them I will.
