Disappointing
Chris was a friend of mine who I entrusted to help me find a rental since I was recently divorced and felt that I could not qualify to purchase a home. We went on one appointement, then he missed the next and kept giving me excuses when I tried to schedule additional appointments. Finally, he informed me that he could not assist me because the time he would have to expend to help me search for rentals would not generate a good return for him. I never contacted him again, and the next day I found Patricia Olivares, who immediately qualified me to purchase a 4,500 sq ft single family home.

Details
Impatient
Although Chris responded to our inquiry and showed us a few houses, I always had the feeling that he was impatient to get out of the house we were viewing. He would rush us through houses that were clearly fixer uppers and needed a closer look to make sure the bones were sound. He never made any suggestions as to houses we should look at, and the overall experience was just not good. I was glad when he suggested we part ways.
