Amazing Buying Experience!!!
My wife and I had no idea what we were doing when we started looking for our first home. Charles stepped in and helped us through all of our questions and went beyond what we could have expected in a Buyer´s Agent.

We´ve been in the house for a few months now and are completely happy with our decision. We owe it all to Charles for walking us through the process, using stellar negotiation (for the big stuff and small stuff!) to get us a great deal, and basically for taking care of everything so that there were no worries on our end.

Charles is not only a great agent that will have YOUR best interest in mind when buying/selling a home, but is also a stand up guy all around. My wife and I would (and do) definitely recommend Charles to any of our friends or family members looking to buy/sell a house!
Is there anything you wish Charles Isaac did differently?
Not a thing...he was perfect.
How did the agent help in finding the right property for you?
He did it! Simple as that! We made a list of what we were looking for in a home and gave him a price range...and he took care of the rest!
How did the agent help to get a good price for you?
He looked at the records of the houses that had sold in our area in recent years and concluded that the asking price was close to accurate, but thought that we could get it for less than the asking. So we made a low offer to the Sellers with a few stipulations (like keeping the fridge, washer, dryer, and have a few things fixed). They countered with a slightly larger offer and so we took it! Got the house, plus a bunch of "bonuses" for several thousand less than it was listed!

Nice experience seeing the places I wanted to see. He agreed with what I had to say and wasn´t too aggressive so I will meet with him again to see more.
Charles was prompt, helpful and understood what I was looking for. I appreciated his understanding nature and not being to aggressive. I hope to work with him in the future

Excellent experience
Charles was very helpful in helping us find our first home. We are very pleased with our home. Charles was very patient in educating us and getting us through all the procedures to purchase our home. I would definately recommend him to anyone.

We´d go back to Charles in a heartbeat, but he already found us the perfect house!
Our family was expanding and we had numerous concerns. Looked at so many house, and yet Charles was always fast, efficient and patient. He really got us focused on what we needed and what would make us happy. Not only is our house everything we wanted, but our boys can walk to Lindenwood park and we can enjoy everything South Hampton has to offer.

Highly recommend him!
Down-to-earth, family oriented, stand-up guy who will help you understand the process and implications of home buying, while working for you to get you a great deal on your dream home.

We knew nothing about buying a house, and were scared of someone taking advantage of us. Charles eases that worry and took the burden of trying to get the process rolling off our shoulders.

OUTSTANDING AGENT
Not much can be said other than Charles is an outstanding agent. In fact after we moved into the new house and was ready to sell the old house, I went back to Charles to handle the sale of the old house. He is certainly a reputable and honest agent. I highly recommend him.

Got the place.
Charles responded to a condo short sale inquiry I made via the movato.com site I very quickly. Although I do not think there was ever too much hope in getting and finalizing the sale for either of us, he stuck with it through all the hurdles and I ended up getting a great price.
