Real Estate Experience:
Over 12 years experience marketing real estate in Tucson,
I was my former company´s top producer on a consistant basis, and conducted "Excellence in Sales" seminars throughout the Southwestern United States. I also worked for Southern Pacific/Union Pacific railroad for over 36
years, retiring in 2009 as Senior Manager of Terminal Operations for the Tucson Terminal. I also worked as both a Tax Preparer and an instructor for H & R Block.

After completing my formal education, I was fortunate enough to receive copious amounts of management training from my railroad employer. Then, during my Real Estate career, I focused on education and training in the sales field.

I served in the Republic of Viet Nam with the 3/12 Infantry, 4th Infantry Division, Long Range Recon Patrol, and as a Door Gunner with the 4th Aviation Battalion, 4th Infantry Div.

Wonderful--very helpful
Brian was incredible! As first-time buyers, we had no idea what to expect, and he walked us through everything. We were living across the country, and he was very helpful with long-distance paperwork and travel. Out of the homes we were looking at, he helped us pick a good neighborhood--he knows Tucson well. Working with Brian was a great experience, and we love our new place.
