Andre Perez started his real estate career in 1996. His passion for real estate leads him to quickly become a Top Producer Remax Agent. After many years working in the real estate industry in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia, Andre started his mortgage lending career in 2003 as a Branch Manager for Saab Financial. Couples of years later, he became Vice-President of Emerging Markets for Pinnacle Financial Corporation. He managed several branches in the Washington Metropolitan area emphasizing on the development and sales for this nationwide mortgage lending firm. For many years, Andre Perez-Castaneda was ranked as the No.1 Producer for Pinnacle Financial Corporation with a production that exceeded more than $144,000,000 in sales per year. Based on his success, Andre grew to be the President and owner of AMC Financial Corporation, a Mortgage Lending firm in Vienna VA.

In 2009, he decided to launch District One Properties LLC, a boutique real estate firm, dedicated to serve the Washington Metropolitan Area with the mission to provide exceptional real estate representation with the highest level of service and high-end marketing solution.
