A true Professional
As both my real estate agent for the sell of my old home and purchase of my new home, Alfredo was the ultimate professional. He was thorough, attentive and patient. He marketed my home so well that it was featured on HGTV House Hunter and ultimately sold in 24 hours. I highly recommend his professional real estate services to anybody and everybody.

Mr. Nunez is probably the best realtor I have ever met.
He was always on time, cordial, professional and always came prepared.
A pleasure to work with.
He showed us a number of houses in the Annapolis, MD area.

Was told Alfredo was replaced by Darlene Johnston- who took me off the maiing list such that I can not receive house searches at all..
Alfredo was timid but did do his job: Darlene sent me one illiterate message, so I had to conclude that the legal language in a contract would be over her head. Too bad Lfredo and the mailing list are no longer available. I found another MRIS source. By the way I can´t recomend anybody I have worked with.

Mr.Nunez is the best agent availible in the Dc Metro region (DMV)
Mr.Nunez was a great agent I´ve experienced having two other agents before Mr.Nunez and neither agent came close to providing the quality and expertise in which Mr.Nunez was able to provide. Mr.Nunez was very patient and had a very good understanding of what my family and I where looking for in a home to buy. He gave us relistic opinions and options in regard to what we where looking to buy. Very onest man and I would recommend Mr.Nunez to anyone who is seriously looking to purchase a home.

Mr. Alfredo Nunez was very Professional and knowledgeable. His knowledge made me finding a house very easy. He did not rush or pressure me into buying just anything, he explained and took his time and went over every little detail with me with each and every house. Because, of him I feel like I could sell a house :) I have a great deal of respect for his professionalism and would DEFINTELY recommend him and First Nations Realty in the future.
