Al Gordon is a dedicated Realtor with RealCore Realty. Al knows the Valley and its communities well, having lived in Phoenix since before many of the Valley’s neighborhoods were built. He grew up in the area, having graduated from junior high and high school in Central Phoenix and attained his B.A. from Arizona State University.
As a realtor, Al believes his history of community involvement in the Valley, which includes years of volunteer work for a number of organizations and causes, to activity on behalf of political campaigns and local community committees, is an important factor. Al has worked hard to create for his prospective clients a high level of trust in his evaluation of neighborhoods and home choices. To this end, he and his wife, Janet (herself a Phoenix native) live in Central Phoenix, where their three children have attended school.
Al works with buyers and sellers in acquiring properties that fit both their wants and needs, while negotiating the best terms possible on their behalf. Often times Realtors spend too much time talking and not enough time listening to their clients. His listening and attention to details sets him apart from other Realtors. Al’s core philosophy is to provide Five Star service to his clients. This philosophy is still a main staple of his business practice today.
Al realizes that a house is both a home and an investment. His experience in spotting and properly valuing a deal was cultivated through a decade each as a stock broker, corporate leader, and private business owner. Al’s financial expertise is an asset for his buyers, both in the residential and commercial markets, who can call upon his experience to guide them in their acquisitions as well as the potential sale of their property.
