This is a special cabin. It was a Hunters cabin. Complete with basement for the deer. Its been completely redone inside. Beautiful original wood floors. Beautiful lg fireplace. Lots of windows. Great kitchen. Very big bathroom with a Clawfoot tub. Upstairs has been made into 2 bedrooms. Large deck in front. This cabin is on Nat Forest land, it is situated in the Shrine camp property. The water is from Shrine camp. You only own the cabin, not the land, please see the supplement for the rest.

This home is on private land. Very unusual in Mt Laguna.Very well built home. No wasted space. All rooms are large. The 2nd bedroom has a small loft for kids or storage. The livingroom, kitchen and diningroom are all one big open area. There are lots of windows that open up to a wrap around deck on front and one side. The home has openbeam ceilings. There is a wood burning stove in the living room plus a gas heater. Underneath is all storage.

This is a nice little cabin on Government land in the Cleveland Nat Forest. Its got lots of windows, a sleeping porch. Rock fireplace in the living room. Nice kitchen and bath. Its just a warm comfortable cabin. It needs some decorating and updating . Good location for getting into in the snow. All the windoows have safety shutters. Nice shed in back. Cabin is on Gov leased land. The lease goes to 2028. The lease fee is $1900 a year. Water is based on useage. most around $400 a year.
