Beginning in the spring of 2011, Washington students in the 7-12 grades are required to take a series of End-of-Course (EOC) exams. Students are tested at the end of their courses each year to gauge the amount of knowledge and skills they have gained from that particular course. Math EOC exams are available in Algebra 1/Integrated Math 1 and Geometry/Integrated Math 2. Biology EOC exams are administered to all 10th grade students. All EOC exams are adminsitered within the last 3 weeks of the school year. The scores displayed for Lincoln on Movoto represent the percent of students passing each EOC exam.

The High School Proficiency Exam (HSPE) for Washington students is used to measure High School student's proficiency of basic skills in both reading and writing. Students must pass the exams in order to graduate from Lincoln. The scores on Movoto show the percent of students who passed the HSPE.

In Washington state, school performance is scored using the Washington Assessment of Student Learning (WASL) tests. The scores displayed on Movoto for each grade at Lincoln represent the percentage of students school-wide who met or exceeded the standards of the test. Students are tested in Reading and Math in grades 3-8 and 10, Science in grades 5, 8, and 10, and Writing in grades 4, 7, and 10.
