For the past 2 years Medallion Homes has been developing and refining a product that we believe to be one of the most efficient homes possible.. We weighed current building trends, product availability, trade education and many other factors. Our goal is to provide a truly “efficient” home that is "first home" affordable and also appeals to those demanding "innovative" energy efficiency. The development of this product has been a collaborative effort between us, our subcontractors and suppliers and building officials. We solicited their input during every phase of design to see if there were ways to streamline the delivery process. Their participation and our research and design has yielded what we believe is a truly efficient home, an E-Cottage.
