1. Select Your Lot
In town or out, we'll build almost anywhere you like! Once you've purchased your perfect lot, just bring us the survey to begin!
2. Select Your Plan
The hardest part may be selecting which of our many plans you'd most like to live in! Your trained Sales Consultant will assist you in selecting your new home and drawing up your construction agreement.
3. Arrange for Financing
Your Sales Consultant will help direct you to an outside mortgage company to arrange for your financing.
4. Make Your Selections
You'll be happy to choose from among the hundreds of custom options at your fingertips! We'll help you keep an eye on your budget because they're all pre-priced for your convenience!
5. Begin Construction
You'll discover the David Weekley difference by working with your own Personal BuilderSM. Four meetings are scheduled during construction between you and your Personal BuilderSM to ensure your happiness.
6. Move-In and Warranties
Your Personal BuilderSM doesn't stop with the construction. You'll be treated to a warranty orientation, which tells you all about David Weekley Homes' superior 1-year limited warranty and the additional 10-year limited warranty from an independent home warranty corporation.
