This Victorian home was first completed in 1888 by Dr. Trammel Star and has considerable historical value in Murray County. The main living area boasts original details including gleaming hardwood floors, hand milled door and window framing. The current owners operated the Spring Place Inn Bed and Breakfast in this home from 1999 thru 2008. Historical documentation collected on the home will remain with the property. The rear porch was enclosed in 2000 creating a welcoming sunroom and gathering place with large windows and tile floor. The view from the sunroom has a beautiful view of a Victorian Garden with a brick paver patio. The grounds were professionally landscaped by William Krahm. Living Room and Dining Room fireplaces have gas services. Remaining fireplaces are not in service.
