This place might be a brewery, but they’ve perfected much more than just beer. Utilizing local, natural, and organic ingredients, the rotating items offered by the kitchen sure pack a punch when it comes to flavor.
While items seem to be ever changing, a couple of the past favorites have been their shrimp and grits and the pub pretzel. If you need something to wash the food down, you can’t go wrong with a Big Brown Ale.

This pub will become an instant favorite, complete with cuisine and an atmosphere inspired by the Irish. They’ve got all the classics, like Guinness beef stew, Gaelic shrimp, and shepherd’s pie. Come here once and it’s a sure thing you’ll be back for more.

One of the most innovative restaurants around, Cure focuses on perfecting a small menu of Mediterranean inspired favorites. Only using what’s fresh and in season at the time, meals at this restaurant are equal parts delicious and beautiful.
One favorite is the duck confit, but anything that comes out of this kitchen will exceed your expectations.
10. This Café Will Keep You Coming Back
If you’re looking for a hidden gem to try next time you’re in Erie, look no further. The Summer House Café serves up some of the best lunch and brunch food in the area.
They’ve got all the classics, like corned beef hash and huevos rancheros, as well as a dinner menu for the weekend with more unique options like macaroni & cheese fritters. This place can’t be missed.
11. Carnivores Rejoice!
Ipanema Grille will give you more meat than you can handle. This Brazilian steakhouse serves up the finest cuts around, including unique options like chicken heart that you can’t try at most restaurants.
If eating meat is your thing, this is the place for you. Just don’t leave without trying the sangria.

Come here for the pizza, stay for the rest. While Barbuzzo’s has delicious pizza, other items on their menu are even more spectacular.

They’ve got a huge menu filled with awesome selections, but if you need a little help narrowing down the options, the steak sandwich is truly a masterpiece. It’s simple but delicious and it goes perfectly with a side of papas (potatoes) or grilled corn.

The kitchen here takes a very unique approach to recreating classic dishes, always surprising and always delicious. After a few courses at this restaurant, you’ll have no doubt that your money was well spent.

Countless people have called it “the best burger in Philly,” but don’t take my word for it… try it yourself.
They’ve got classics like the Kobe beef and cheddar burger, as well as a few more interesting options like Dr. Pepper pulled pork and what they call the “Cyclops” burger. Just make sure you save room for one of their delicious milkshakes to finish your meal.
