The waterfall is Shoshone Falls, near Twin Falls.

We were stationed @ Mt. Home AFB and lived in Boise for 7 years. Loved it!

I was raised for the most part in Northern Idaho. Moscow was (still is) a nice little place to be raised, and is home to University of Idaho. I moved soon after High School for Calif. – later on to Oregon- and then found my way to North Western Montana (the Flathead Valley) where I settled with my family. Most of us are “transplants” from “somewhere”- and the beautiful Flathead Valley felt just right.

Yes, Idaho is a gorgeous state. I lived there for thirteen years. Too bad the locals hate “foreigners”; which is anyone not at least a third generation Idahoan. Some of the downright rudest people anywhere. Really puts a damper on the beauty of the land when you constantly hear about how all of the outsiders “ruin” everything with their modern ideas, like equal rights and conservation. They sure do like your money if you vacation there, but they do not want you moving in next door.
