While they have a list of burgers and a list of typical sushi rolls on the menu, the combos are a must try. One favorite to start you off is the “Taste Explosion Roll”, a baked roll consisting of ground beef, bacon, jalapenos, spicy mayo, tempura flakes, pepper jack cheese, Roma tomatoes, and a cashew cilantro pesto.  You’ve never had anything like this before.
