Still believe in the American dream? Move to Phoenix.

A recent study of three cities hit badly by the housing crisis showed that even though Phoenix, AZ, suffered the most, its residents are also the most hopeful.  Or perhaps they’re stubborn.  Either way, they still believe in buying houses. Newly-resumed B of A foreclosures add to 2011 shadow inventory
