How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
My main focus is to assist my clients with finding the perfect home and exceeding all their expectations. I first like to meet with any prospective new buyers to understand what it is that they are looking for in their new home. Once their needs and wants are defined we can begin the search for their new home.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
Upon the interest of my clients I always run a comparative market analysis, similar to what an appraiser would utilize to determine value in a home, so my clients can have a better understanding of what the true value of the home is that they are interested in.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Professional photography of the home interior/exterior. Create high quality print flyers/brochures. Advertise on over 800+ internet real estate sites.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
Most home buyers (93%) find their new home through online advertising. I focus my efforts on ensuring the advertising put online is the very best.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Make their home readily available and in great viewing condition for showings. Never get a second chance to make a first great impression.
