Paul, takes the time to listen and be patient and tries to make sure all your needs and requirements are meet. Highly recommended. An excellent real estate professional. I recommend Paul for anyone looking either single homes or condo units.

Excellent
Paul was such a pleasure to work with. He kept a professional attitude and spent numerous days helping me find the perfect house. This whole experience could have been very stressful but he made it easy and simple. He's the best realtor I've ever had.

You need Paul on your side
Paul is a great agent! Despite some difficulties from the other side, Paul was proactive in making things happen. I would highly recommend him to represent you as a buyer or a seller.

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
I consult with all my buyers before showing them any property. I want to make sure that the properties I show them meet all their needs. Also, I educate them on the market and what they need to know about being a homeowner. I also pride myself on being a total market resource to my clients so that they can make a very informed decision. I know the area very well - 35 year resident.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I always make sure my buyers see the sale comps in the area and get a idea of the sale price / sqft before making an offer on a property they like. I want all my buyers to purchase homes that I would want to purchase myself.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
I create a specialized website with professional photography and a visual tour. I also have professional flyers created and conduct frequent open houses.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
I make sure that my Sellers stage their property in the best way in order to showcase it to potential buyers for the highest offering price possible.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
I keep deadline dates in front of my clients and constantly follow up to make the entire process as seamless as possible. I service listings constantly updating with reports regarding showings, feedback, market analysis, etc.
