asking lots of questions. if there is more than one person making the decision, it's important to get EACH person's opinion. really listening to the responses, before making any recommendations.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
Market knowledge, studying the comps, knowing the area, and taking the time to really study the comps.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
use professional photography, With more than 85% of buyers starting their search online, the online presence is the most important.I market to over 600 websites to ensure the best internet presence possible.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
walking through room by room, making a to do list with action items that will help the house SHOW LIKE A MODEL. Providing contractors to help carry some tasks through for the busy sellers. A pre list inspection and appraisal are two of the best things to help ensure the highest price and minimize surprises.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
get in the frame of mind of selling. Think like the potential buyer walking through those doors. stop referring to it as a HOME, it's now just a house. Let the next buyer visualize it as their home!
