How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
First we start by looking at where they want to live. Do they want to be close to shopping, freeways, work? Do they want to live in a City with a real "downtown" or suburbia.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
We make sure that they are fully approved and ready to purchase. We educate them about the houses so they go in with their eyes wide open. No surprises is best.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Recommend simple strategies like having them clean up and dress up the exterior, refresh the landscape, power wash the house. Then we take the best possible photos and lots of them to encourage buyers to spend more time online viewing the home before they ever set up an appointment to view the home. We syndicate each and every listing to dozens of websites far beyond what the typical does.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
Price the home just a few dollars below market value to ensure good placement and encourage all buyers and agents to see the home in the first seven days which almost always leads to multiple offers and sales over list price. Average seven or more offers per listing.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Box up everything and prep the home for sale
