Q&A with Marygrace

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
First, I ask questions to better understand their needs, wants and situation. Using their responses as a guideline, I then do a property search.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
By doing a thorough market analysis of the area the property is located. My buyers will never overpay for their home.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Everything I possibly can. Their home will be featured on over a dozen and a half internet sites, including the Multiple Listing Service. I have many tools available to ensure my client's home gets the broadest possible exposure.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
By throroughly studying their market and listing it so my sellers get fair market value.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
It depends on the seller's knowledge of the market. My knowledge and experience should enable any seller I work with to have an anxiety free process. That's my coal.
