How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
I want to know if they have children or not. Because schools will be of importance to them . The community will be of interest to them If they are first time buyers there is special financing for them.If your a sceond or third time buyer you are more prepard & know what your looking for. I want to treat each person as their needs are needed.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I will do a market anaylis of the area. Find them a great lender , After 33 years in the business. I know how to put it together.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
I start off having done a market ananlyis on the home & area. I do a walk thur of the home or property to see what can be done to make it worth more. I will give suggestions to improve on the property. Get it out to the top agents offer a BONUS ! put it in the MLS & do open houses as needed, put it on the internet. Put it on tours .Stay in touch weekly with the owner.

Negoatiate !!!!!!!!!!!
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
I have a wonderful team that works hand in hand with me. From the lender, to the inspector,& the title company Let me do the work & set back & watch.
