We had been looking for the right property for over 2 years and Jack was very helpful and patient. He was professional in negotiating the sale and put our personal interest first.

A hands on agent, all I had to do was sign! Great experience!
Interesting to watch him work. Very aggressive with inspectors and took charge of any issues once we decided on the house. On flip side, very funny and approachable during the house search. He never made me feel like I was bothering him when I called about questions. I have recommended him to several friends and all had great experiences with Jack.

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
I love working with First Time home Buyers. There is nothing more satisfying helping some buy their first home and I take pride in helping buyers sort out this process by being a good listener and communicator during the process.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
One of my major roles whether I represent a seller or buyer is to evaluate the market conditions in terms of area, condition, and property type. I have extensive experience with Broker Price Opinions and will share this knowledge with all my buyers and sellers.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
As the owner of my own firm I take pride in being able to represent my clients in the manner that they deserve to be served and one thing is I always answer my calls and return my messages and treat people with respect.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
Sellers must understand market conditions just as buyers must understand market conditions. I treat both the same. I provide my sellers with Broker Price Opinions and give them the best advise and expertise I can provide
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Every seller circumstances are different and unique. I listen to them and advise them on what makes sense for them
