Incredibly Pleased
I would definitely give Neil a 5 out of 5! He was very knowledgeable of the market, knew we needed to be aggressive buyers for our price range, and was very familiar with the areas. He gave us wonderful tips and was easy to work with. He responded to all of my questions no matter how late or early in the morning (even mothers day). I am happy to recommend him to anyone and I am happy to announce he helped us find the perfect home to fit all of our needs! Thank you Neil.

He sent me multiple listings and went to a lot of different properties pointing out good and bads for out criteria.

He knew we needed to be aggressive and waited to find out how many offers were on the table before we through out prices.He gave us good numbers and helped us realize what we needed to do.

Strong Negotiator on price and terms,
