Maryann was not as forthcoming with information as I think she should have been.
We did not buy the condo that we had contracted to buy with Maryann and that was not her fault. We simply were tired of dealing the Bank of America, which in no way was her fault. However, we felt that we had to "pull' some pertinent information from her, and that she was friendly only when it was to her advantage.

I believe the buyers were not forthcoming with their intentions to fully commit to this purchase, despite it being the perfect house for them, and the attentive service they received from me. Their reason for backing out in their own words - it was not my fault, and their words - "I don't want to have a heart attack over this." Their comments are unwarranted, undeserved, and very unprofessional.

I listen to everything they tell me, and then find them the perfect home for their family.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I discuss comps with them, and we mutually decide on the best price to start at, and their final offering price.
