How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
First, identifying a buyer's wants and needs, then we discuss their price range. From there, we organize the search. I'm with them every step of the way.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
A big part of my job is strong negotiation and creative strategies to obtain the best price and terms for the buyer.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
I have education in Interior Design and those services are very helpful to Sellers in staging their home inside and out.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
By positioning the property both in price and aggressive marketing initiatives when it first rolls out, staging techniques, and creative marketing strategies. I have tricks to make the property stand out amongst the rest of the listings out there while making the property desirable to buyers.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Pre-planning will help to make the selling process a smooth one for sure. Preparing the home inside and out by making improvements, decluttering and organizing the moving plans.
