You'll NOT regret hiring Jennifer as your agent. She is super helpful. Smart, professional, and funny, and she sold my house above my expected price within 48 hours. Yes, that's the same house that my last agent couldn't sell for four months at a seller's market. Unlike other agents, Jennifer is extremely detail-oriented, everything that helps your house sell faster, she'll do it. She is also generous on staging and professional photo taking, which some agents would be really stingy on. If I need to sell a house in the future, Jennifer is the one I'd go to.

Jennifer is amazing
Our experience working with Jennifer was phenomenal. Throughout the home buying process, Jennifer proved to be highly knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, tactful, and effective. She was also extremely approachable, responsive, and flexible. How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
I listen to all of my clients and their needs. After I gather all of the information, I work with them to find the perfect location and a home in that area that fits their requirements and lifestyle.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I run comparables (aka: comps) to see what has sold in the area as well as request disclosure packets from the seller to make sure there are no red flags on the property. From there, I help the buyer put together a competitive and attractive package that will entice the seller.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
I'm a firm believer in social media and word of mouth. I try to create as much buzz and exposure online and offline as possible via the MLS, syndicates (i.e. Movoto, Redfin, Realtor.com, move.com, Zillow, and Trulia), Craigslist, and TAN (Top Agent Network). I also send out flyers to the seller's neighbors so that they too can spread the word.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
I run comparables (aka: comps) to see what has sold in the area as well as request the seller to fill out the disclosure packet and perform a home inspection to make sure that there is nothing adverse about the home that would affect the price. From there, spreading word about the sale to get as many offers as possible which will get top dollar for the seller.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
I make sure the sellers fill out the disclosure packets completely, do a home inspection, request all of the HOA/CC&R docs (if applicable) and share these items to any potential buyer so that they can make an informed decision and make a solid offer. If both the seller and buyer are on the same page regarding disclosures, deadlines, and items for sale, this ensures a smooth transaction.
