I approach the Real Estate Profession with a background encompassing 32 years in the Real Estate & Construction Industries, including 13 years as the Project Coordinator for the builder & developer of the 477 acre Charbonneau Resort Community in Wilsonville, OR. In that capacity, I participated in the coordination of all aspects of construction, field supervision, ordering of labor & materials, purchase & construction contracts, and coordination of escrow closing documents for approximately 650 homes in Charbonneau. I have worked extensively with Real Estate Professionals, Lending Institutions, Appraisers & Title Companies and am familiar with their business practices.

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
Market familiarity, internet searches and knowledge of property owner's who are considering selling their homes offer excellent opportunities for my Buyers to be the first to see their "dream home".

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
Every property is different and I prepare a Comparable Market Analysis for each property my Buyer is interested in purchasing, and share the information from the CMA with my Buyer to structure an offer to negotiate the best possible price.

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Internet Advertising, RE/MAX.COM, Realtor.Com, Homes.Com, Zillow, Lincoln County Board of Realtors Website, Portland RMLS and other Interntet sources provide excellent exposure. Additionally, I prepare color flyers which are placed at the property and available at the office to provide detailed data to Buyer's.

How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
Homes priced correctly bring the highest number of Buyer's to the property and ultimately the greatest opportuity to sell quickly and at close to the asking price.

What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Selling a home is a complex process that most people only experience occassionally. I like to break the process down into managable steps and develop a plan that matches my Seller's energy levels to meet the time requirements of the transaction.
