Excellent agent
Daniel is an excellent agent. He went far above and beyond to help me through the myriad of questions I had. At no time did he ever appear to be impatient with me. He has a calming demeanor which I feel is one of his biggest assets. I would have no qualms referring him to any of my friends or family. He was always willing to go that extra mile.

NO PRESSURE APPROACH!!!
As a first time buyer I looked to the customer reviews to find an agent for me. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and prompt in answering all and any questions; no mater how trivial. Daniels reviews hold true and I can testify that Daniel is an agent for any buyer requiring that personal touch and someone to help them through the process as well as making sure no details are overlooked. Mr. Mirea was ready to show the home when we arrived and had good knowlege of its features.
I appreciated that we didn't have to wait for Mr. Mirea. He was ready to show the home immediately upon our arrival. He seemed to have good knowledge of the home and the area the market. I appreciated his candor.

I Wonder if he ever sleeps!
In addition to being knowledgeable about the local market, Daniel always made himself available - via phone, email and in-person - for our questions. I wonder if he ever sleeps. Even after the seller accepted our bid, he remained involved as we needed to get occasional access to the unit prior to closing in order to show it to contractors, etc.

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
I take the time to learn about my clients before beginning any search. That way, clients can be assured that I give them the proper guidance when choosing the right home Specializing in investment properties for numerous years, i have developed a strategic valuation process for every property. Taking this information to not only investors, but to all buyers gives everyone an insight into the true value of a property. I help regular home buyers understand the value of any property they may be interested in to help educate them & guide them into smart home buying.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
By doing a market evaulation before we make our offer. I want to ensure my clients the home is worth what they are willing to pay in todays market.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Everything! We have developed a very internet savvy marketing strategy to make sure a home sellers property is easy found on a variety of internet searches. Over 80% of home buyers find there property online first, so we go straight to the source! We also deploy a series of creative marketing techniques particular to each property to ensure maximum exposure.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
i help my sellers price the home right from the beginning. By doing this, you cut down on marketing time and in todays market, can even create a multiple offer situation...a sellers best case scenario!
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Homes that sell the quickest and close to or above list price are the ones that show well. Think of a model home...minimalistic, clean, and bright. Although not every home can look like that, I try to help my clients stage it as much as possible.
