Great Experience!
Working with Dan was a great experience. I had updates in real time all the time about everything and could call him anytime with any question. He was always courteous as was the rest of his team. In my opinion Dan and his team set a new standard as realtors and I hope to one day do business again. Short Sale
We are happy with Dan's work. His honesty and integrity shined throughout the entire process. We did not want to sell, but had to because of our lender refusing to work with us. Dan made it easier for us to move on.

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
Listening to the client's needs and wants is the first step to finding the right home in the right neighborhood at the right price. My local knowledge and expertise will convert the wants and needs into their "Dream Home"!
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I am constantly analyzing local price data and share this with my clients so they are informed and know where our offers need to be.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
My marketing team will design a campaign for each home, structuring it to the demographic of the probable buyer. We will put it into action right away and blitz the local Realtor community, our extensive customer data base etc. I also have a large internet presence including the Global Marketing of RE/MAX International. Exposure is key to getting top dollar for my clients properties.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
My marketing materials and mediums will give the property the proper exposure to be able to attract the highest possible offers. I always negotiate from a position of strength and sell the positives of the property. My clients best interests are always my best interests.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
It is important that a seller prepares their home for sale by doing all the Honey Do's before putting the home on the market. It is similar to washing a car before advertising for sale. Touch up the paint, clean the carpets, fertilize the lawn, and reduce as much clutter as possible. We want our best foot forward when we come on the market to sell faster and higher than our competition!
