Buying or selling a home or investment property is one of the largest financial transactions that most people ever undertake. Because the process can be lengthy and sometimes confusing, I want you to know that I will be there to help you through every step. My goal is to help you find the home that will suit your needs and also make your home buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. For a seller it is my job to market your property to expose it to the most willing and able buyers and thus selling it in the shortest time possible attaining the highest price the market will bear.
It is my job plain and simple to look out for your interests to negotiate the best deal for you in the purchase of your future home or in the sale of your present one.
No buyer wants to feel she / he paid too much and conversely no seller wants to feel they sold to low. By doing comprehensive comparative market analyses on subject properties and presenting them in an objective fashion, my clients feel confident they paid fair market value in the purchase of their property or sold at fair market price.

We saw thing were broke he told the seller to take money off.

You will have an "insider" who knows the details and the realities of the market and is obligated to share them with you. 2. As your Buyer’s Agent, I will preview properties in person or via the internet for you. I will provide extensive information about the property and the town or city in which it is located. 3.If you got sued and had to go to court would you defend yourself or hire and attorney? The Seller has an agent, the listing agent, who represents him. By using me as your Buyer’s Agent you ‘even’ the playing field. You receive professional representation. 4.As your Buyer’s Agent, I will help you determine the fair market value of the property and will help you develop a negotiation strategy for the purchase of the property. When possible I present your offer in person to the owner of the property. 5.As your Buyer’s Agent, I can assist you in locating the most qualified professionals to help you with the purchase of the property. The professionals to whom I refer you include but, are not limited to mortgage brokers, home inspectors, real estate attorneys, and trades people. 6.As your Buyer’s Agent, I can help you locate properties that are not listed in the Multiple Listing Service and I can help you negotiate with these ‘for sale by owners’. 7.As your Buyer’s Agent, I keep in contact with the attorneys, the lender, the listing agent, and you to make sure the deal is going smoothly.
