About Carole

My goal is to educate and share my market knowledge so that my clients can make the best decision when it comes to their real estate investments and ultimately make their real estate transaction pleasant and stress-free. I've been the Real Estate world as a full time Real Estate Agent/Owner since 1999. I am currently working with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Mason-McDuffie. I am a member in good standing with the Department of Real Estate. During this time while achieving strong negotiating and marketing skills, my exposure and education to the real estate market has been invaluable. With the market ever changing, it is my job to keep on top of the current laws and government regulations that effect this market.I would hope that at the end of our transaction you will think of me as your realtor for life, and refer me to your friends and family.

Interests: I am an avid fan of NASCAR and have been lucky enough to have attended several Daytona 500’s. I also enjoy reading on rainy days, sitting on the beach watching the sunset, the sound of the ocean, last minute adventures, going to the movies and especially spending time with my children and grandchildren. I was recently introduced to General Aviation, have attended several Corvette runs, and also took my first trip to the shooting range. As you can see I have a wide range of interests and I'm always up for new experiences.

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
We will sit down and go over option, neighborhoods, schools, commute, and others until I have a clear understanding of what my clients are looking for.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I use my negotiation skills to get the best price possible.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Using Berkshire Hathaway marketing program to give the best exposure to each listing.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
Advise all clients to market their home on MLS so it gets the most exposure for offers and has the possibility of multiple offers.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Seriously consider directions given by your agent.
