About Brok

I was born in Long Beach, California and have resided in the South Bay for most of my life. As a youth, I lived in Palos Verdes on Shady Vista and Rosita Place. My family has been involved in real estate for many generations, in fact my grandmother's maiden name was "Frame" and her father was a big part of the development of Palos Verdes.

Due to my involvement in professional sports, I specialize with athletes looking to purchase luxury homes and understand the importance of privacy and the process of relocating. I played baseball for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and have had the privilege to play ball all around the country for many of the Angels farm teams. After having witnessed the drastic climate changes and plain topography in various states throughout the country, I now understand why California is called "The Golden State."

As a 4th generation Real Estate professional in the South Bay, my roots in California grow deep and is where I have resided the majority of my life. With a lengthy family history in Southern California buying/selling, developing and building homes, I have the team and resources to tackle any situation. I understand the commitment and emotions that occur in each real estate transaction. As the old saying goes "There is no place like home."

he was very good at locating homes
I purchased a house using Brok he was very good at locating homes in my price range. After looking at numerous homes, I found one that I liked. He negotiated the price down almost 10% from the asking price. Thank you Brok.

Q&A with Brok

How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
After getting detailed information about the wants and needs of the buyer, I extensively search through the MLS and make phone calls to other Realtors to find out if they have any off market listings.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
A detailed price per square foot is established for comparable properties and then the negotiating begins leveraging as many aspects as possible in our favor in order to prove why the value of the house is worth what we are willing to pay.
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
Stage the home, make fixes and repairs that will give the seller more value once the house hits the market. I have advertised in Distinctive Homes and other local magazines to ensure wide visibility.
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
By offering the most exposure of their home through multiple online real estate sites, advertising and marketing to over 2500 local residents, social media advertising with over 400 subscribers, holding brokers open and using strong negotiation skills.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Communication is key through the entire selling process making for a smooth transaction. Any questions or concerns will be addressed and solutions found. Being a 4th generation real estate professional, experience as your Realtor is of the utmost importance.
