How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
As an accrediated buyers agent, I actively seek out properties that suit my buyers wants and needs. I work tirelessly with attention to detail, to make sure this is the correct home for them. I do not pressure my clients to purchase, unless they feel it's right. I've spent years with buyers, and showed some over 100 homes, till we've found the perfect fit.

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
When it comes to negotiating contracts, I work on behalf of only my buyer interests to secure the best possible price and terms. This includes, comparative market anaylsis of the area, and open communication with the listing agent.

Best Agent in California
At our initial meeting Amber´s professionalism, honesty and positivity framed what would be the defining characteristics of her service through the sale of our condo. Amber listened to our needs, honestly defined expectations, patiently waited to work around schedule, and delivered by selling our condo despite several would-be roadblocks. Intelligent, experienced and timely!
Amber helped us put in a solid offer within one day of the property being listed! She was there for the home inspection, sternly negotiated on our behalf and always available every step of the way until we closed on the house! She is great with kids and pets and really made you feel like family! We were very fortunate to have her on our side throughout the whole process!

It has been a pleasure working with Amber..she is very responsive and she does not pressure you.
We have been looking on and off with Amber in two different directions. Meaning looking in different areas and different conditions. a home and a condo for investment. We haven´t found them yet but we are sure she will be successful in any of our transactions.
