As an accrediated buyers agent, I actively seek out properties that suit my buyers wants and needs. I work tirelessly with attention to detail, to make sure this is the correct home for them. I do not pressure my clients to purchase, unless they feel it's right. I've spent years with buyers, and showed some over 100 homes, till we've found the perfect fit.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
When it comes to negotiating contracts, I work on behalf of only my buyer interests to secure the best possible price and terms. This includes, comparative market anaylsis of the area, and open communication with the listing agent.
Interests: My personal interests include, volunteering for several senior organizations in town. I also enjoy hiking, yoga, and the mountains.
