Buying a home is always an exciting event and I will do everything to listening and understand your needs and help you with all the process of buying. I'm available 24/7 and with my experience and knowledge I can help you to find homes that meet your criteria or wish list.
How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
I do a market analysis of the property you are submitting an offer to make sure you are paying the right price!
What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
With my unique marketing strategies and precise comparative market analysis I know how to get the best price for your home in front of thousands of customers without competition. One of our unique marketing includes our Concierge home showcasing, International advertising, Open Houses, Post cards to the neighborhood and much more!
How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
Always recommend to list as close to market value as possible. Over-pricing a listing will just sit the house on the market for a long time and buyers will start asking what's wrong with it. Home must show well in person & online to motivate buyers. My negotiation skills and marketing can give you the edge in getting your home sold for top market dollar.
What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Other than showing the home at the best, priced the home right and be prepared to sell. Selling your home is a big and important decision, it's why you need to hire a professional who knows how to do this. My experience and knowledge will help you to have a smooth selling process. I'm always available 24/7 because I know communication is the key for a successful and stress free closing!
